Summer Training - Pat Castagno (Tatnall, DE)

Pat coaches at Tatnall HS, a school of just 240 students.  They have qualified for the last 6 NXN Nationals with a best of 3rd place.  They broke the Penn Relays girls DMR record and have won 2 National titles in the 4 x mile with a best of 20:00.
